Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride (0.01%);
Inactives: Edetate Disodium, Sodium Chloride, Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide (to adjust pH) and Water for Injection. pH range 4.0 to 5.8.
