What is required to setup an Akorn account?

Why do you need my DEA number?
Akorn is required by law to have on file a copy of the customer’s current license; DEA and or State License. State license needed if customer’s ship to address does not match address on DEA license.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled up to the time they ship. Contact customer service at 800-932-5676 for order cancellations.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes; Visa, Master Card and American Express may be used. Discover Card is not accepted. Credit cards are charged when your order ships.

Can I pay via Invoice/PO number?
Provided your account is eligible, you may pay with a via invoice/PO number and be invoiced.
