  • Shipment Fulfillment

    All fulfilled orders ship within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded). Click here to see how fast your shipment will reach your destination with UPS Ground. All shipping times are subject to change.

  • Shipping Rates
    Rates for shipping to most destinations within the contiguous United States (i.e. excluding Hawaii and Alaska) are listed in the table below:

  • PO Box Shipments
    Akorn's preferred shipper is UPS; We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Special Shipping Requests
    Any orders requiring special shipping arrangements outside of these standards must be placed by Akorn’s customer service team at 800-932-5676.

  • Saturday Shipping
    Provided you are located in a UPS Saturday delivery area, you may request Saturday delivery shipments. These orders must be placed by Akorn's customer service team at 800-932-5676.

  • Refrigerated Product Handling
    Some Akorn products require refrigeration. All refrigeration products must ship via 2nd Day UPS to guarantee safety and stability of the product.

  • Cooler Charges for Refrigerated Products
    If a product needs to be shipped in a cooler and ice pack you will be charged in addition to the UPS shipping rate an additional fee for the shipping materials.
